Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs

1/4 cups Grand Marnier liqueur (optional)

2 tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 300. Prepare chocolate crumb crust. Melt chocolate chips until smooth. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chocolate, eggs, liqueur and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven to wire rack with knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Refrigerate before serving. Garnish as desired. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
