Noodles Romanoff
Modified Cooking for 2
1 cup uncooked egg noodles [I actually used whatever I had in the cupboard, which was rotini]
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese [I went heavy on this]
1/4 tsp salt-free herb seasoning blend [I used Mrs. Dash]
1/8 tsp garlic powder [I went heavy on this as well]
dash pepper
1 tsp minced chives [I used dried parsley here]
Cook noodles as directed. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, seasoning blend, garlic powder and pepper.
Drain noodles, return to pan. Add sour cream mixture and toss to coat; heat through. Sprinkle with chives (parsley).
Makes 1 serving.
