Air Fryer Fish
Modified from Delish
1 lb fish (they used cod, I used halibut), cut into large chunks
salt
pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
Place flour, egg and panko in three bowls. Add Old Bay to panko and combine. Working one at a time, coat fish in flour, then in egg and finally in panko (they used double the amounts of flour and panko....I still had extra cutting it in half...and I usually run out of coating, so they used WAY too much).
Place fish into air fryer and cook at 400 for 10-12 minutes, flipping in the middle. Cook in batches if necessary.
Serve with tartar sauce.
