Garlic Parsley Spaghetti

Modified from Quick Cooking

1 package (16 oz) think spaghetti

4 garlic cloves, minced (I halved this recipe, but thought it was a little bland (good though!) so I think next time I'm going to double the garlic...it might also have something to do with the fact that I burned the garlic a bit....took the browning a level too far as I wasn't watching for a second and of course it got away from me!)

1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil

1/2 cup minced fresh parsley (which I actually have as my herbs are doing good!)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, lightly brown garlic in oil over medium heat. Drain spaghetti; add to the skillet. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

Makes 8-10 servings.
