Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

1/2 qt strawberries

1/2 qt rhubarb

1 cup sugar

4 tbsp corn starch

graham cracker crust

Cook crust first (or simply buy it at the supermarket like I do). If you cooked it, spray it with oil. Cut half of strawberries in half and layer on bottom of pie crust. Mix sugar and rhubarb together and cook until rhubarb separates and softens. You might need to add a little water to start this process. Once soft then add strawberries and starch (mix with cold water before adding in) and cook for 5 more minutes. Let cool slightly and then pour into pie crust. Cool completely in refrigerator before serving.
