Rigatoni

Modified from Fix It and Forget It Cookbook

***Needs a Crock Pot***

28 oz jar spaghetti sauce

12 oz rigatoni, cooked

1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef or sausage, browned

small green pepper

small onion

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 lb pepperoni slices

sliced mushrooms

Cook rigatoni as directed on the package. Brown beef with pepper and onion in skillet. Drain. In 4 quart slow cooker, layer half of each ingredient (count beef, pepper and onion as one) in the order listed. Repeat.

Cover. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours.
