Wonton Pizza Rolls

wonton wrappers
Pizza sauce
finely diced pepperoni (I used caribou, they used turkey)
Mozzarella string cheese, cut into 4 pieces each
cooking spray
Spray air fryer and preheat if necessary.
Take one wonton wrapper. Put dab of pizza sauce on it. Put one chunk of cheese and some pepperoni. Seal. Put in air fryer. Repeat with rest. Make a single layer on air fryer. Spray with cooking spray.
Cook in an air fryer at 400 for 6-8 minutes.
Each pizza roll is 1 WW point.
***Froze, popped in microwave for about 2 minutes and still yummy! I think they'd be better baked (like you do regular pizza rolls) in the oven as it would keep them crisper.
