Pizza Dip

1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked (I used caribou)

pepperoni, diced (so this said 32 slices...I used our caribou pepperoni and diced it and I used like half a package of it...which I really have on idea how much was....)

pepper, diced (they said 3/4 diced bell...I have my own frozen, which are hot peppers, so I used less)

1/4 cup onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup pizza or pasta sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ricotta

1/4 cup Parmesan

1/2 tsp basil

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

4 tbsp bacon, crumbled

Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage. Mix softened cream cheese, ricotta, parmesan and seasonings in a large bowl. Set aside.

Dice onion, pepper and garlic and add to sausage. Dice pepperoni and add in.

Add 1/2 cup sauce to meat and veggies and let simmer for 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese layer on bottom of pan (I did lightly Pam mine). Carefully spoon meat and veggies on top. Add 1/2 cups of sauce to top. Top with mozzarella and bacon. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.

Serve with chips or whatever (this is meant to be keto...you can keep it pure if you want).
