Sweet Cream Sugar Cookies

From Merry Cookie

1 cup butter

1 1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup whipping cream

5 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and beat until blended. Combine dry ingredients and add alternatively with cream. Mix until smooth. Chill for 2 hours. Roll to desired thickness, and cut with Christmas cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350, 10-12 minutes or until done but not brown. Cool, ice and decorate.
