Stir Fry Sauce

Modified from Tastes Lovely

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. ginger
2 garlic cloves

Whisk ingredients together.  Makes 1 1/4 cups of sauce.  Will keep for a week in fridge.
