Modified from Allrecipes
1 cup lukewarm water
4 tbsp oil, divided
2 tsp garlic, minced
3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (or 2 tsp dried), divided
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast.
1/2 tsp garlic salt (not in the dough)
Place water, 2 tbsp of oil, garlic, bread flour, 1 tbsp herbs, salt and yeast into a bread machine int eh order listed, or follow the order recommended by manufacturer. Run dough cycle.
Pat dough into a 9 by 13 baking pan. Use fingers to dimple the dough. Brush with remaining oil and sprinkle with reaming herbs and garlic salt. Cover with plastic wrap and let raise while oven preheats, about 15 minutes. [You can really top this with whatever you want. It does need salt so make sure some sort of salt on top.]
Preheat to 400. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
