A rather grey but calm day awaited Jaz, Kevin, Graham, Eric, Derek, Patrick, Lynn and John. Jas didn't fancy any hill climbing so it was decided to head for the Brook Cafe in Syston. The riders followed the Soar valley south and the rode alongside the Wreake taking some tracks that Eric, who is local to the area, had never ridden. After an excellent repast the riders returned whence they had come.
