Only Ray and John turned out on a bright April morning. Many of the regulars seem to have fled to foreign climes. It was decided to go upwind over Fox Hll to the village shop at Normanton on Soar where an excellent pot of tea and muffin were obtained for the princely sum of £1-50. Ray and John returned via Hathern for lunch.
