A fairly bright cold day with a watery sun greeted Clyde, Jas, Kevin, Patrick, Derek, Terry, Howard and John when they gathered at Outwoods Drive. It was decided to brave the mud of the track past Mucklin Wood and the riders meandered out to Rothley Court via Swithland and Cropston Reservoir dam. Ray Clay was awaiting the group there, having driven out, and after warming up and refreshment, the group returned via Mountsorrel and Quorn.
