Only three riders arrived at Outwood Drive, Ray, Howard and Patrick.The weather was rather overcast and cooler than of late. Ray was quite keen to try Oakley Grange Farm located between Shepshed and Hathern. The last time Ray had been with the group it was found to be closed on Wednesdays. However, now it is open every day. The group travelled across the Garendon estate and on reaching Shepshed, climbed the long hill to the refreshment stop. It was a bit cool to sit outside. After they enjoyed some excellent tea and coffee, it was back to Loughborough direct along the A6. A slightly shorter ride than usual but still worth it.
