Isobel, John, Laurie and Ray set out on a sultry morning towards Rothley Station taking the Epinal Way route towards Quorn and then on via Woodhouse and Swithland. The station was somewhat busier than usual with various fareground rides and stalls being set up in the car park. However there was a spare table outside the tea shop so the riders decided to stay for their morning repast, subsequently taking the direct route back to Loughborough via Quorn.
