A grey drizzly morning greeted Stuart, Jerry, Howard, Derek and John. It was the first time in many months that Stuart had managed to make a ride, having spent much time touring the UK and Europe in his new motor home and cycling in more exotic locations. It was decided to head south to Syston via Barrow, Sileby and Cossingtong taking the cycle track along side the canal and then into Syston where the Brook Cafe is located next to the route. The riders returned via Mountsorrel and Quorn arriving back in Loughborough at noon.
