A dank and chilly December day awaited Lynn, Howard, Terry and John. As the wind was in the south it was decided to head out to Rothley Court past Mucklin Wood. The riders then processed through Switland taking the road to Cropston Reservoir and across the dam and meandered to Rothley Court via Thurcaston. After relaxed refreshment the riders returned via Quorn.

The Moles have been working overtime. Howard, Terry and Lynn in front of the monument celebrating the work that went on at Rothley Court to abolish the slave trade (William Wilberforce and Thomas Babington did much of their work relating to the act here).
