Five riders gathered on a mild but overcast morning for a ride to East Leake. A new rider, Andrew, brought the number using hub gears up to two. Ray led the group around the road works on Forest Road, across Loughborough and out of the town via Meadow Lane. The riders followed the Soar to Sutton Bonnington before climbing out of the river valley via Hungary Lane to West and then East Leake, where refreshments were purchased. Stuart return direct to Castle Donington while the remaining riders returned to Loughborough for lunch via Travell's Hill.
