A beautiful bright crisp morning awaited Derek, Patrick, Ray, Howard, Keith and John. This was Keith's first ride with the group although he has cycled with many different CTC groups over the years, in particular Charnwood.
The riders decided that it would be a good morning to ride out past Mucklin Wood and Swithland Reservoir to the tea room at Rothley station. After some excellent refreshments the riders returned to Loughborough for lunch although John peeled off early as he had an afternoon meeting to get to at County Hall.
