A rather dull but with only a light southerly wind saw Marcus, Phil, Pat, Howard, Ian, Eric and John heading out past Mucklin Wood and then on through Swithand and Rothley to Birstall Methodist Church Hall where excellent value tea, coffee and cake is on offer. Marcus even purchased some home made Damson jam. The riders returned through Watermead Park via Cossington, Sileby and Mountsorrel.
