It was a lovely crisp sunny morning when Ray, Derek, Howard (with his posh new bike), Stuart, Terry, Patrick and Jerry met at the Outwoods Drive roundabout. Ray had a lunch appointment in Thornton so he suggested a short ride to the coffee stop in Mountsorrel. He said that then the group could decide themselves whether they wished to extend the ride. After the refreshment stop, Jerry took some of the group onto Rothley and Cossington. Ray, Terry and Howard returned via Slash Lane and Barrow.
