As rain was forecast for around lunch time Phil, Rob, Ian, Derek, Patrick, Lyn, Marcus, Howard, Terry, John and Jeff decided on a short ride out past Mucklin Wood and then down to Rushey Lane and across Swithland Reservoir dam to Mountsorel where riders relaxed wtih their refreshments. The groups was back in Loughborough before noon and ironically the rain did not materialise.
