The workout: 1-3 x (800m, 800m, 4 x 400m). All intervals should be completed at or a little faster than 5K race pace. Rest after the 800m is 90 seconds, 1 min between each 400, and 90 seconds between sets. This workout focuses on aerobic development and speed.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet this week at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. We are also resuming our end-of-month celebrations. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
