The workout: 1-3 x 3000m at tempo pace with 2 min rest. This workout targets aerobic improvement and provides an opportunity to practice running relaxed at faster paces.
As it is the last Tuesday of June, we will celebrate our hard work this month at Lockhorn after the workout!! All are welcome to join :)
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting in front of the graveyard at Lindley Park and running the nearby trails. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
