The Workout: 4-12 x 800m at 5K race pace, and the rest between each is 90 seconds. This workout targets VO2max development.
*Note - if you haven't taken a break all year and don't have a race coming up, it might be a good idea to take a 1-2 week break from structured training this week/next week
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Track until the trails are snow-free. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
