The workout: sets of 1-3 x (1.5 miles at tempo pace, 1/2 mile at 5K race pace) with 90 sec rest after the 1.5 miles and 2 min rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic base and helps prepare the mind and body for pace changes during races.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet this week at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
