The workout: sets of 2K at tempo pace with 75 sec rest, 800m at 5K race pace with 90 sec rest, 400m at 5K race pace or faster with 60 sec rest.  This workout targets practicing maintaining a rhythm at multiple paces, a little bit of aerobic development, and speed endurance development.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) but will probably run the workout on the track.  We will head back to the trails April 9th. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
