The Workout: 1-2 x 1k, 1-2 x 800m, 1-2 x 600m, 1-2 x 400, 1-2 x 200m. The rest after each interval is 2 minutes. This workout focuses on improving VO2max and speed.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU track (workouts will either be on the track or in the football parking lot depending on snow conditions) until April. Bring a headlamp. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
