The workout: sets of 1-3 x (1.5 miles at tempo pace, 1/2 mile at 5K race pace) with 90 sec rest after the 1.5 miles and 2 min rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic base and helps prepare the mind and body for pace changes during races.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting in front of the graveyard at Lindley Park and running the nearby trails. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
