The Workout: 1-3 sets of 1 x 2K (90 sec rest), 2 x 1K (75 sec rest). Everything should be completed at or slightly faster than 10K pace. This workout focuses on improving the aerobic base and finding a good rhythm.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track in November and December (and expect to move to the indoor facility in January - stay tuned for more details). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
