The Workout: 1-3 x (1 x mile, 4 x 400m). The miles should be completed at tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at 5K race pace. This workout builds aerobic endurance and strength.
**As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate all of our hard work in December at Bridger Brewing after the workout. All are welcome!!
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU track for the winter season (bring a headlamp!) - if the track is too snowy, we meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
