The workout: 2-5 x (800m, 800m, 400m). All intervals should be completed at or a little faster than 5K race pace. Rest after the 800m is 90 seconds and is 2 min between sets. This workout focuses on aerobic development and speed.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Track until twe switch over to the trails at Lindley Park April 20th. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart - sport masks are highly encouraged. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick. We will resume our end-of-month celebrations when we return to Lindley Park. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
