The workout: 1-6 x (1200m, 4 x 200m hills), the 1200m should be completed at about 5k effort, and the hills should be quick (about mile effort). The rest after the 1200m is 90 seconds, between each hill effort is a light jog back down the hill, and between sets is 60 seconds. This workout builds aerobic power and strength.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
