The Workout: 1-6 x 1200m, 400m with the 1200s at 5K race pace and the 400s a little faster than 5k race pace. Rest is 90sec after the 1200m and 2 min after the 400m. This workout targets VO2 max improvement and speed.
**As it is the last Tuesday of February, we will celebrate our hard work this month by going to Bridger Brewing after the workout! All are welcome to join :)
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. As the track is now full of snow, we will meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) until (probably) March when the track is clear again. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
