The workout: 2-5 x (800m, 800m, 400m). All intervals should be completed at or a little faster than 5K race pace. Rest after the 800m is 90 seconds and is 2 min between sets. This workout focuses on aerobic development and speed.
*As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in October after the workout. All are welcome to join!
*This will be the last week we will meet at Lindley Park. Starting next week (November 1), we will meet at the MSU outdoor track (or football parking lot if there is too much snow) for the winter season.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Note - we will start meeting at the MSU track in November. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
