The Workout: 1-6 x 1200m at 10K race pace, 400m at little faster than 5k race pace. Rest is 60 seconds after the 1200m and 2 min after the 400m. This workout targets aerobic development and VO2 max improvement.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track in November through mid-April. If it is too snowy, we will complete the workout in the new football parking lot/sidewalk area. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
