The workout: 4-8 x 1000m, this workout is at 5K pace (but can be started at 10K pace). Rest between 1000m intervals is 2 min. This workout helps to continue to build a strong aerobic base and to practice getting into a good rhythm for a race setting.
*As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will head over to Bridger Brewing after the workout to celebrate our hard work in April :)
Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the MSU Track & Field Complex. We will meet at Lindley Park once the first Tuesday of the month starting in June. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at Bridger Brewing after the workout -all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating.
