The Workout: 1-3 sets of (1600m, 800m, 400m, 200m). The 1600m should be completed at 10k race pace, the 800m at 5k race pace, the 400m a little faster than 5k race pace, and the 200s are about as fast as you can go. The rest after the 1600m is 60s, after the 800m is 90s, after the 400m is 60s, and after the 200m (between sets) is 90s. This workout focuses on aerobic development and speed endurance.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) but will probably run the workout on the track. We will head back to the trails April 9th. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
