The workout: 3-10 x 1K with 90-120 sec rest after each. The 1Ks are to be completed starting at 10K race pace cutting down to 5K race pace. This helps develop builds aerobic base and power.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU track for the winter season (bring a headlamp!) - if the track is too snowy, we meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
