The Workout: 4-12 x 800m at 5K race pace with 90 seconds rest between each. This workout targets VO2max development.

*As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in August at Shred Monk after the workout; all are welcome to join!!

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
