The workout: 1-4 x mile at tempo pace (60 seconds rest), 3-6 x 600m starting at 5K pace and working down to a bit faster than 5K pace (90 seconds rest). This workout focuses on lactate tolerance and VO2 max development.
**As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate all of our hard work in January at Bridger after the workout. All are welcome to join!!
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Although we will probably get to run the workout on the track, we will meet in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) for the first part of the warm up to keep things consistent for when the track is full of snow again. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
