The Workout: 1-3 sets of 1 x 2K (75 sec rest), 2 x 1K (60 sec rest). Everything should be completed at tempo to 10K pace. This workout focuses on improving the aerobic base.
*Note, the track should be clear for us to run on this week, but if it is snowy, we will run in the parking lot as we did the past few weeks.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Track or parking lot until the trails are snow-free. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
