The workout: 3K at tempo pace (2 min rest), 2K at tempo pace (90 seconds rest), 1K at tempo to 10K pace (75 seconds rest), 1-3 x 800m at 10K to 5K pace (60 seconds rest). This workout will help maintain your aerobic base and will serve as a good simulation of mid-race conditions. This workout is a good opportunity to practice focusing and refocusing and maintaining a good rhythm.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the trails at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart and other safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick. We are also resuming our end-of-month celebrations. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
