The workout:  1-3 x (3 x 1000m, 1 x 400m). The rest after each interval is 60 seconds. The 1000m intervals should be run at tempo pace, and the 400m intervals should be run at 5K race pace or a little faster. This workout focuses on aerobic development with a little bit of pace changing to emulate surges in a race.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU track for the winter season - if the track is too snowy, we meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance).  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
