The Workout: 1-4 x (2K, 400m) with 60 sec rest after the 2K and 90 sec rest after the 400m. The 2Ks should be completed at tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at 5K race pace or a little faster. This workout focuses on aerobic and speed endurance.

*Note, as the shoveling efforts became a bit too much over the past couple weeks, we will plan to complete the workout in the track/football parking lot this week (as we did last Tuesday)

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Track until the trails are snow-free. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
