The workout: 1-3 x (4 x 400m, 1 x mile). The 400m should be completed at 5K race pace, and the miles should be completed at tempo pace. The rest between everything is 60 seconds. This workout builds aerobic endurance and strength.

Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Throughout the winter season, we will meet at the MSU Track - bring a headlamp! We will take a break from Tuesday Night Track December 24th and 31st and will resume again January 7th. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
