The workout: sets of 1-3 x (1.5 miles at tempo pace, 1/2 mile at 5K race pace) with 90 sec rest after the 1.5 miles and 2 min rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic base and helps prepare the mind and body for pace changes during races.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
