The workout: 1-3 of each distance going from longest distance to shortest distance. Ladder: 1-3 x mile, 1-3 x 800m, 1-3 x 400m at 5K race pace. Rest is 3 min after each mile, 90 seconds after each 800m, and 60 seconds after each 400m. This workout will work the aerobic system, help increase your VO2 max, and improve speed.
Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. During the month of June (and the first week of July), we will meet at Lindley Park. The last three weeks of July, we will meet at at the MSU track & field complex. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at Bridger Brewing after the workout -all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating.
