The Workout: 1-3 x (1 x mile, 4 x 400m). The miles should be completed at tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at 5K race pace. The rest after each interval is 60 seconds. This workout builds aerobic endurance and strength.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard).  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
